Some LEAN Keto
Outstanding Results. I started this journey on the Monday and by Thursday on weighing myself I was surprised to discover I had lost a few pounds, I hadn’t even been 100% on the “diet”. Having the support of Ken as a coach has been paramount in continuing this journey as he himself has been through this process.
The LEAN Keto programme experience really encouraged me to change my mindset around how I viewed food and what I ate. I also lost weight during the process, losing 11lbs which brought me down from 10st 7lbs to 9st 10lbs. I feel like I have more energy and I am more confident with my body.
The results were shocking, knowledgeable and educative to me personally, as I realised how eating low carb high fat can be a way of life. For me, the LEAN Keto programme was great and easy because it gave me the tools and knowledge to get where I wanted to be. The results cannot lie and people around you will notice your physical change.
Throughout the diet, I have learned so much.As the days went on I was feeling a lot better within myself. My health started improving tremendously. I have pernicious anemia and was struggling to keep awake during the day and evening, I couldn’t get up in the mornings due to being extremely tired. To my amazement I found myself getting up at 5am in the mornings. I felt refreshed and alive, for the first time in years, I could cope with everyday life, it wasn’t a struggle anymore.
Every day there were words of inspiration from Ken and others in the group, which I found encouraging. I put up pictures of my meals and got inspiration from others. My clothes started to feel loose on me, I got into a pair of jeans that I hadn’t worn for a long time. I felt energetic even after a 12-hour shift at work, the pains in my knees have gone. I learnt how to poach been poaching ever since, also eating more greens and fruits daily.
Ken kept the group focused and accountable, by asking us to share our daily food diary and thoughts about the LEAN Keto within the group.For me, the results were instant. I lost 1.1kg (2lbs) in just 7 days by cutting out carbohydrates, only eating fish, meat, vegetables and the right type of fats. An unexpected bonus was that I felt fuller for longer, full of energy and of course achieved weight-loss. I’ve decided to carry on with the LCHF diet, but will stop calling it a “diet” and see it as a healthy lifestyle choice. I have Ken to thank for that.
I tried LEAN Keto as I was looking for a diet/lifestyle that will help me achieve my goal in becoming leaner. The LEAN Keto experience definitely was a challenge for me .... more a mental challenge, I’m so used to watching the amount of fat I eat so cooking with butter has been messing with my head. I was a little worried first few days due to the bloating and feeling heavier which has now all gone. I’ve enjoyed every meal and the group has been great. I’ve had more energy most days. I’ve lost 1kg/2lbs which I’m happy with.
