The LEAN Keto Nutrition, Sleep and Exercise (NSE) Chart

This NSE Chart is not meant to be used as a diagnostic process, but rather as a tool to give you an insight into some LEAN Keto pre-programme starting levels on the importance you place on considering the carb content of the food you eat, how well you sleep each night, and your motivation to exercise and keep fit.

Please note, this is a self-assessment tool, which is only meant to be a general guide, it is not scientifically validated; it is only for self-exploration purposes.

After you have completed your NSE Chart you will have the option to either download your results as a PDF or a JPEG, or send the results by email.

(Please note only use the blue 'back' and 'next' buttons to navigate this chart and not your browser back button.)

NSE Chart, How To Use

Start by considering how much thought you put into the carb content of the food you eat. Then, using the zone guides below, plot the number level on the NSE chart that you consider corresponds with how much thought you put into the carb content of the food you eat at the moment. Then follow the same reflective process for your sleep & sleep habits and then your exercise & fitness levels.

Be honest with yourself; however, remember these levels are only meant to be used as a guide.

These levels will be useful for comparison at the end of your LEAN KETO programme.
