Why eat RAW?

RAW foods are in their orig­i­nal state and have not been cooked. To be pre­cise, food that has not been heat­ed above 48 degrees centi­grade, this is where the dam­age takes place where the nutri­ents start to deplete. Just to clar­i­fy I am talk­ing about plant based foods and not meat of any kind, eggs or dairy prod­ucts.

You could say that RAW foods are the orig­i­nal fast food – pull it out the ground, pluck it from a tree and voila! there is your food.
