A raw vegan food diet is based around eating nothing but fresh, unprocessed fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains, unprocessed nuts and unprocessed seeds. Raw food diets are simply another word for eating fresh foods.

While you’re on your 7-day raw vegan journey just be super gentle with yourself and remember to drink lots of water. You can also drink warm tea and warm water with lemon.
