Morning Energy Green Smoothie
- 1 medium banana peeled
- 1 kiwi peeled
- 3 tablespoons goji berries
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 stalk of celery chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach chopped
- 8 ounces of coconut water
- 2 to 3 ice cubes to chill if desired
- 1 scoop protein powder – optional
Start by adding the liquid to your blender, followed by the soft fruit. Add the greens to your blender last.
Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
