Green Smooth­ie
  • 1 Banana cut into chunks
  • 1 Man­go peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1–2 Hand­fuls Spinach
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blue­ber­ries
  • 1/2- 1 Cup of fruit of your choice cut into chunks
  • Water or 1 – 1/2 Cups of your choice of Nut/seed milk
  1. Add ingre­di­ents into Blender and puree on high until smooth.
  2. Eat all at once, or divide into 2 serv­ings and store in an air­tight con­tain­er in the fridge. When it comes out of the fridge, it will have thick­ened, so give it
  3. a brisk stir (or use a small whisk) and enjoy!
