- 1 Banana cut into chunks
- 1 Mango peeled and cut into chunks
- 1–2 Handfuls Spinach
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2- 1 Cup of fruit of your choice cut into chunks
- Water or 1 – 1/2 Cups of your choice of Nut/seed milk
Add ingredients into Blender and puree on high until smooth.
Eat all at once, or divide into 2 servings and store in an airtight container in the fridge. When it comes out of the fridge, it will have thickened, so give it
a brisk stir (or use a small whisk) and enjoy!
