Green Smoothie
  • 1 Banana cut into chunks
  • 1 Mango peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1-2 Handfuls Spinach
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2- 1 Cup of fruit of your choice cut into chunks
  • Water or 1 – 1/2 Cups of your choice of Nut/seed milk
  1. Add ingredients into Blender and puree on high until smooth.
  2. Eat all at once, or divide into 2 servings and store in an airtight container in the fridge. When it comes out of the fridge, it will have thickened, so give it
  3. a brisk stir (or use a small whisk) and enjoy!
