Coconut Smooth­ie with Wal­nuts and Fresh Mint

Fresh broc­coli and baby spinach with a bit of exotic taste of coconut and mint is exact­ly what you need for per­fect sum­mer refresh­ment. This smooth­ie is not only healthy but it is so tasty that you will be serv­ing it even to your guests. And the nutri­tion­al val­ues are sim­ply amaz­ing!

Ingre­di­ents
  • 1 cup of chopped broc­coli
  • A hand­ful of baby spinach
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of unsweet­ened coconut water
  • few leaves of mint
  • 1 tbsp of ground wal­nuts
Instruc­tions
  1. Wash the veg­eta­bles and put into a blender.
  2. Put some ice cubes and blend togeth­er until smooth mix­ture.
